The problem of in-hospital infections control is very urgent all over the world. According to the data of world-wide Public Health Organization 30% of operated patients suffer from disease aftereffects in the postoperative period, caused by hospital infection more often arising due to the use of the poor sterilized instruments. Hospital purulent - septic diseases resulting in the death of each twelfth patient.
Therefore, the quality of disinfection, presterilizing cleaning and sterilization of medical instrument is of great vital importance to prevent the threat of intrahospital infection. |
The mechanism of ultrasonic effect
Ultrasonic cleaning is a safe and efficient modern procedure which ensures perfect cleaning even the most stubborn dirty and contamination within the shortest possible time. Ultrasonic cleaning depends upon cavitation, the rapid formation and implosion of the smallest steam-to-gas bubbles in the cleaning liquid (fig. 1). This agitation by countless smallest and intense implosive bubbles creates a highly effective , gentle scrubbing of both exposed and hidden surfaces of the parts immersed in the cleaning solution. Simultaneously in a cleaning solution there are plural liquid microcirculations (acoustic streams) soaking and washing the finest particles of contamination off from a surface of the instruments. |

New quality of USO Ultrasonic Cleaner
All traditional US - Cleaners represent themselves ultrasonic bath made of stainless steel and one or several ultrasonic resonators fixed to the bottom of ultrasonic bath. Thus, the source of ultrasonic vibrations is the bottom and somewhat walls of a bath. Compared to conventional USO Ultrasonic Cleaners, the source of ultrasonic vibration: the resonator and the emitting plate are is fixed on a cover and perforated metal reflector is placed on the bottom of a tray. The constant level of disinfectant solution provides acoustic contact to a radiating plate.

The top ultrasonic arrangement is essentially new engineering solution in medical practice and ensures a number of advantages as compared to the Cleaners of conventional type.

USO Ultrasonic Cleaners are intended to be use to clean items of different form and configuration
made of metal, glass and plastic against various contamination: water soluble and partly water soluble biological substances - blood, albumen, medicinal agents ; oil films , fat of vegetable
and animal origin; sediment dust, bone tissue, scum; corrosion.

Containers are intended for disinfection, pre-sterilization including fine (dental
